During the long-term operation of the dynamic checkweigher, various abnormal situations may occur. What should I do if the checkweigher cannot operate normally?
At this time, you need to check the weighing tray (that is, the middle transmission part of the checkweigher), check whether the gasket of the sensor is loose, and whether the power plug is loose!

The following are several common problems and self-checking steps for the checkweigher that cannot weigh:

1. Disassemble the weighing tray.
2. Unscrew the protective screw of the sensor.
3. Check whether the gasket is installed.
4. Check whether the gasket is aligned with the corresponding hole.
5. After installing the gasket, restore the tray. If the weighing is still abnormal, you need to return to the operation interface to reset the technical parameters.
6. If you still cannot weigh after setting the parameters, you need to call the Weighing Machine supplier.
