What issues should we consider when choosing a grading checkweigher:

1. In principle, the sorting accuracy of the checkweigher should be determined according to the production process requirements. If the requirements are too high, the procurement cost will increase exponentially;

2. Sorting and rejection can be pneumatic swing rod type and air blowing type. Customers can choose according to the items to be inspected;

3. The accuracy of the checkweigher is closely related to the speed. Generally speaking, if the detection accuracy is high, the speed will be relatively low. If the detection accuracy is low, the detection speed can be increased. (Or choose a weighing sensor with better accuracy).

4. The profile of the checkweigher is stainless steel and aluminum profile as standard (if the customer has other requirements, it can also be customized as needed)
